• Job description:
- Be the first point of contact, receiving guests, phone calls, transfer to relevant persons and confirm appointments
- Receiving letters/documents from outside, then deliver to right persons and send letters/ docs to outside
- Take care of the reception area and serve guests drinks with hospitality (tea/coffee/ water, meeting rooms... etc.)
- Manage the company stamps and order stationery, administration stuffs when necessary
- Book hotels, flight tickets and other administration services as requested
- Arrange lunch, daily cars, various admin things for the Company
- Check and make payments for HR and Admin service suppliers such as transportation, flight tickets, stationeries, lunch and so on...
- Do translation of various documents from English/ Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa...
- Follow tasks related to ISO, OHSAS system of the Company
- Other miscellaneous HR & Admin tasks from Managers

• Job requirement:
- Female from 25 to 32
- Good appearance and good attitude
- Being responsible, enthusiastic and hard-working
- Have experience in the same position
- Married with children will be a top priority
- Graduate from university/ college
- Good communication in English
- Able to communicate in Japanese is more priority
- Good computer skills (excel, word, power point….)
- Having desire to work for a long time
- Prioritize candidates staying near Thang Long Industrial Park
